Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1 to 4 days.
FedEx Standard Service will be available for these holidays: Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents Day, Good Friday to Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, and Veteran’s Day. This also applies to Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s. In the event of a shipping delay, customers will be alerted by email. In the event that WellBeingUS experiences delays in shipping due to high volume, the customer will be alerted by email.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges will be displayed for your order at the time of Check Out. We can ship to any address in the United States. Please check with us for shipments to Puerto Rico, Canada, or other global locations.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Customers may log into FedEx to track orders. Customers who register for FedEx Insight may track without a tracking number, receive proactive email notifications, and monitor their shipments.
Customs, duties, and taxes
WellBeingUS is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees
imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
WellBeingUS is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your
order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.
Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
FedEx ships internationally to Canada, Puerto Rico, and 215 other countries and territories.
Please make all returns within 30 days of your receipt date for a refund.
On the WellBeingUS Homepage, navigate to: Product Returns. Please complete the provided form to request a RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization), and submit.
The product you purchased must be in original, unopened, and unused condition.

Return shipping and handling charges are your responsibility. Upon shipping, please record your tracking number. A refund will not be issued until receipt of your product is confirmed. WellBeingUS assumes no responsibility for lost packages.
Returns will be processed within 10 days of receipt of your item. Please allow at least two billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your credit card/account statement.
Packages shipped COD will not be accepted. Only items purchased on our websitewellbeingus.com will be accepted for a return. Any products sold by retailers who sellWellBeingUS items cannot be returned.
Empty containers or bottles cannot be accepted for refund. Defective, damaged, or unused products qualify for an exchange. Exchanges are accepted up to 30 days after the original purchase.
Complete the Product Return Form. Please enclose the product you wish to exchange with your receipt. Please write any instructions on your receipt. If there is a difference in cost, a service rep will contact you.
You are responsible for shipping and handling charges. These charges will not be refunded. Ship your exchange via pre-paid package to the above address.
