  • We at WellBeingUS LLC take pride in our products, and are totally committed to the satisfaction of our customers.   We appreciate your business, and your trust in our products. We understand that there are times when you may want to return a product, or you may change your mind. If you need to make a return, please review our policies below.
  • Please make all returns within 30 days of your receipt date for a refund.
  • On the WELLBEINGUS LLC  Home Page, navigate to: PRODUCT RETURNS. Please complete the provided form to request a RMA number (RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION),, and submit.
  • The product you purchased must be in original, unopened, and unused condition.

  • Return shipping and handling charges are your responsibility.
  •  Upon shipping, please record your tracking number. A refund will not be issued onto receipt of your return product is confirmed. WellBeingUS LLC assumes no responsibility for lost packages.
  • Returns will be credited to the original account/credit card used at the time of purchase.
  • Returns will be processed within 10 days of receipt of your item.
  • Please allow at least two billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your account/credit card statement.
  • Package is shipped COD will not be accepted. 
  •  Only items purchased our website,  www.wellbeingus will be accepted for a return. Any products sold by retailers that sell WellBeingUS LLC items cannot be returned.  You may contact CUSTOMER SERVICE with any questions 24/7 by phone at 800-471-3269. 
  • Finally, please note, empty containers or bottles cannot be accepted for refund.            
  • Defective, damaged, or unused products qualify for exchange.
  • Exchanges are accepted up to 30 days after the original purchase.
  •  Complete the PRODUCT RETURN FORM and make a note in the space provided what items to exchange. Also, when you ship, enclose the product you wish to  Exchange with your receipt. Please write instructions on your receipt concerning item or items you want to exchange. 
  • If there is a difference in cost, a service representative will contact you.
  • You are responsible for shipping and handling charges. These charges will not be refunded.
  • Ship your exchange via pre-paid package to the address noted above in our POLICIES.
